- Armour piercing works exactly the same as any other elemental damage mod i.e. a % of your weapons current base damage.
- Armor Ignore and Armor Pierce are not to be confused. Armor Ignore will do full damage regardless of enemy resistance. Armor Pierce is essentially just an elemental damage type, and has its own resistance multipliers, as with other elements.
- This mod is useful for weapons that do not innately ignore or pierce armor.
- Most melee weapons will innately ignore armor on charge attacks.
